Job Purpose:
Assist management in day-to-day store operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest level of adidas customer service.
- Process sales transactions (cash, credit, checks) as needed.
- Support ticketing and inventory verification against received items.
- Assist in restocking products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Help create merchandise displays based on management guidance.
- Become proficient in using the point-of-sale system while maintaining policy compliance.
- Apply selling techniques (upselling, product knowledge) to meet sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers, occasionally serving as a front-door greeter during peak times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure the safekeeping of company assets.
Skills & Experience:
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Clear, friendly communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Retail experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience:
- Matric certificate required.
- 0–1 years of retail experience.
