Personal Assistant to Entity Business Manager (PG6): Sanlam Connect – East Coast Region

What will you do?
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented, structured approach. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to multitask in a high-performance culture are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Office and diary management
  • Mail and information management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Organizing and preparing meetings, functions, presentations, conferences, workshops, and video conferences
  • Preparing and distributing relevant documents
  • Minute taking
  • Consolidating and providing reports
  • Supporting team members with secretarial duties
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests, including Management Support Assistant tasks
  • Handling E2 financial payments and ordering supplies

What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification & Experience

  • Matric
  • Secretarial qualification/diploma
  • Minimum two years of secretarial or personal assistant experience
  • Previous experience in a sales environment is advantageous
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
