Role Purpose
Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling financial products, providing after-sales service, and ensuring client loyalty to drive market growth and business sustainability.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Sales/Call Centre (essential)
- 2 years’ experience in insurance/financial advisory (advantageous)
- Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualification
- National Senior Certificate in Finance/Business Management or relevant qualification
- FAIS Compliance Requirements
- Regulatory Examination (RE5)
- Driver’s license and own transport (desirable)
Duties & Responsibilities
Internal Process
- Engage prospects to highlight product benefits aligned with financial needs.
- Conduct affordability analysis and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Advise on tax and legal implications of financial products.
- Capture client data accurately and complete administrative tasks on time.
- Meet production, quality, and conversion targets.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Deliver tailored financial advice to enhance client wellness.

- Resolve client queries promptly within service level agreements.
- Escalate issues to relevant teams and provide accurate solutions.
- Nurture client relationships through professional advisory services.
