Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Centre Manager to oversee the management, implementation, and monitoring of our service-focused Service Centre operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of goods to customers in a timely and accurate manner, aligning with Pepkor’s operational standards.
Education and Experience

Grade 12
-
Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics

5+ years of experience in consumable goods management
Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and monitor warehousing operations to ensure optimal efficiency.

Oversee inventory control and safekeeping practices within the Service Centre.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and operational policies and procedures.

Manage the Service Centre budgets to achieve financial goals.

Drive performance optimization and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Effectively manage self-performance while collaborating with the team.

In-depth knowledge of inbound management, network modeling, and optimization.

Strong records maintenance and fleet management skills, including fleet utilization, maintenance/repair, and cost control.

Proficient in MS Office applications and logistics provider contract execution.
