Introduction:
As the Key Account Executive, you will report to the Head: Sales and Distribution. Your role will focus on driving revenue growth by managing, planning, and implementing strategic account initiatives. Building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and excelling in account management are critical to success in this position.

Description:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Key Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of key and strategic customer and intermediary relationships.
  • Develop and execute tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability.

Customer Relationship Management / Account Management

  • Build, develop, and implement relationship management plans for strategic accounts.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and partner organizations.
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty of key partners.
  • Oversee the use and improvement of the CRM system to optimize partner relationship management.

Customer Needs Clarification

  • Consult with partners to understand their requirements and work with internal specialists to deliver data-driven solutions.

Sell Partner Propositions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored product and service solutions.
  • Negotiate agreements that meet partner needs while ensuring profitability.

Promoting Customer Focus

  • Develop internal and external strategies to strengthen relationships and improve customer service.

Sales Opportunities Creation

  • Build a strong network in the local government sector and represent the company at industry events.
  • Gather market intelligence and enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.

Operational Compliance

  • Monitor performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Personal Capability Building

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in growth strategy, policies, and industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on market trends through professional development and industry research.

Requirements:

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, or equivalent (Post Graduate Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with 3 years in planning & managing resources.
  • Experience in local government, mining, insurance, or metal industries is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of client insurance plans and business strategy.
