Job Summary
As a Specialist: Payments Operations, you will prepare and deliver critical operational insights to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and supporting business objectives.
Job Description
Operations Support and Advice: Provide expert operations support and payments-related guidance to resolve complex business challenges.
Change Programmes: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in driving operational change and efficiency initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to optimize business operations.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all team activities comply with control, regulatory, and quality standards.
Education
Bachelor’s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required).
