Permanent Part-timer – Hillfox (Adidas)
Job Purpose
Assist store management in daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding adidas customer service at all times.
- Handle sales transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments as needed.
- Assist with merchandise ticketing and verify received items against paperwork.
- Support product restocking from the stockroom to the sales floor when required.
- Help create displays based on management guidelines or visual merchandising plans.
- Develop proficiency in the point-of-sale system while ensuring compliance with policies.
- Use effective selling techniques, like add-on sales and product knowledge, to meet sales goals.
- Greet and assist customers in finding products, occasionally serving as a door greeter during peak hours.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company asset protection standards.
Skills & Experience
- Strong passion for retail and customer service.
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent and enthusiastic communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Fashion retail experience is a plus but not required.

Education & Experience
- Matric certification or equivalent.
