Job Description & Summary

As a Senior Strategy Consultant specializing in Business Transformation (Fit for Growth), you will partner with clients to optimize operations, enhance performance, and implement strategies that align with their long-term objectives.
Leveraging your expertise and influence, you will lead high-impact engagements, solve complex challenges, and coach high-performing teams. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, communicate clearly, and drive data-backed decisions will be essential to delivering value for both clients and PwC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives using the Fit for Growth methodology.
- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics on business operations, cost structures, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations supported by data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal creation and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Mentor and develop consultants, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Demonstrate agility in adapting strategies across diverse industries and client contexts.
Required Skills & Experience
Education
- Postgraduate degree from a top-tier university in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science.
- CFA Level 1 or MBA (advantageous).
Experience & Technical Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a leading firm.
- Proven expertise in cost optimization, digital transformation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement.
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical proficiency in tools like Excel, Python, and other advanced analytics platforms.
