Boxer Superstores is looking for a skilled and analytical Demand Planner to join our high-performance Supply Chain team. What You’ll Do:
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring optimal stock availability to support sales and operational efficiency across our national retail footprint.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and improve accurate demand forecasts using statistical and analytical tools

Analyse sales trends, market dynamics, and customer insights to enhance forecast accuracy

Collaborate with Buyers, Store Operations, and Distribution Centres to align planning strategies

Conduct regular demand review meetings with suppliers and logistics partners

Support inventory replenishment planning to balance availability and cost

Monitor supply performance and identify areas for continuous improvement

Build strong relationships with suppliers, KAMs, 3PL providers, and transporters
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
-
2–5 years of experience in demand planning (FMCG industry preferred)

Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
