Store Assistant Manager – Power Fashion Hammanskraal 2

Mr Price is looking for a Store Assistant Manager to support the daily operations at Power Fashion Hammanskraal 2. This role is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and ensuring company standards in housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily banking and cash office operations.
• Support the Store Manager and assume leadership in their absence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain front-end controls and oversee store security.
• Assist in managing and developing store staff.
• Drive customer service excellence and implement sales initiatives to meet store targets.
• Minimize stock loss through effective shrinkage control.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics advantageous) or NQF Level 4
• Previous experience managing people and a department
• Clothing retail experience is highly advantageous
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Leadership qualities with a proactive and self-motivated mindset
• High ethical standards and integrity
