Boxer Superstores is on the lookout for hardworking and motivated General Workers to join our team at the Cape Town Distribution Centre in Airport Industria. We offer a variety of roles across warehouse operations, giving you the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Whether you’re starting out or have experience in warehousing, we have positions available throughout the year in Receiving, Picking, Loading, Cycle Counting, Forklift Operation, Reach Truck Driving, Auditing, and Combining.
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
0–2 years’ warehouse experience (role allocation based on experience)

Forklift or Reach Truck license required for operator roles

Basic Excel skills
-
Willingness to work shifts, weekends (including Sundays), and public holidays

Available Roles and Responsibilities
-
General Worker: Manage overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock returns
-
Picker: Accurately pick store orders based on picking slips
-
Cycle Counter: Track and verify stock levels in the warehouse

Forklift Driver: Load and offload trucks, move and stack pallets
-
Reach Truck Driver: Operate reach truck and stack pallets onto racks
-
Auditor: Inspect stock for damages, verify quantities, and check expiry dates
-
Combiner: Consolidate pallets and shrink-wrap stock for store delivery
