IT Support Team Lead (SC&L) – Mr Price Vacancies

Mr Price is looking for an IT Support Team Lead (SC&L) to ensure stability in operational IT environments and collaborate effectively with teams. This role focuses on leading the Supply Chain & Logistics support team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing all operational systems across the supply chain and state-of-the-art distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of support issues.
• Handle escalated or complex queries beyond the team’s knowledge base.
• Report on logged call statistics and support performance.
• Drive root cause analysis and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain positive relationships with business users, suppliers, and vendors.
• Train team members and end users to improve efficiency and system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT.
• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain & Logistics IT support or a relevant business environment.
• 2-3 years of experience leading or managing a team in an IT support environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.

Skills & Attributes

• Expertise in SQL and data processing structures.
• Knowledge of software applications, system monitoring, reporting, and escalated support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication skills to engage across all organizational levels.
