Mr Price is looking for a Store Manager to lead daily operations at Tubatse Crossing, Burgersfort. This role focuses on achieving store targets, driving innovation initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Stock Management:

• Oversee accurate receiving, unpacking, and merchandising of stock.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to minimize risks and ensure availability.
• Maintain stockroom organization and housekeeping standards.
• Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns.

Sales Growth & Profitability:

• Analyze sales and profitability reports to develop action plans.
• Monitor product performance and provide feedback to improve sales.
• Identify and implement opportunities to drive sales and brand awareness.

Risk Management:

• Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Customer Experience Management:

• Implement customer experience strategies, including promotions, markdowns, visual merchandising, and feedback management.
• Ensure high standards of store presentation and customer service.

Leadership & Development:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve store KPIs and align with company values.
• Identify training and coaching needs, focusing on talent management and succession planning.
• Manage recruitment, performance, and staff development in line with company policies.

Innovation:

• Implement initiatives from Head Office to enhance customer experience and improve store operations.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail store management role.
• Strong knowledge of sales and service management.
• Budgeting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Business understanding of retail trade, brand, customer engagement, and product management.
