Cluster Manager Power Fashion Mpumalanga – Mr Price Vacancies

Mr Price is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple Power Fashion stores in Mpumalanga. This role is responsible for driving sales, optimizing store operations, ensuring compliance, and developing store teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Sales and Profitability:

• Take full responsibility for the profitability of the base store and assigned cluster stores.
• Achieve sales targets while managing wages and controllable expenses within budget.
• Monitor and report on store performance and key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

Customer Experience:

• Inspire and lead teams to deliver an exceptional in-store experience that drives sales.
• Ensure merchandising standards are met and provide regular feedback to improve store presentation.
• Develop employees’ ability to engage with customers effectively.

Risk Management:

• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
• Ensure compliance across all stores and address any non-compliance issues.

People Management:

• Recruit, onboard, and retain store employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and mentor Store Managers to build strong leadership within the cluster.
• Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.

Stock Management:

• Ensure accurate stock receiving, unpacking, and merchandising across all stores.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement loss prevention measures.
• Oversee high-risk stock management processes and authorize write-offs, breakages, and returns.

Qualifications:

• Matric qualification.
• A diploma is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of Store Management experience.
• Strong skills in budgeting, customer service, leadership, problem-solving, time management, project management, communication, attention to detail, visual merchandising, and labor relations.
