Key Responsibilities of the Sales Supervisor:

Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.

Supervise and motivate floor staff to meet and exceed daily goals.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Monitor store operations, including stock management and administration.

Ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.

Maintain high visual merchandising and brand standards.

Oversee unpacking and placement of new stock.

Coach and guide Sales Associates to improve performance.

Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Handle store opening and closing duties.
Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

1–2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or similar role in retail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Fluent in English and one additional official South African language.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.

Strong leadership qualities with a performance-driven mindset.

Effective planning, organizing, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
