Tekkie Town is looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead our Maclear team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a retail environment and is passionate about sales, customer service, and team development. The Store Manager will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and play a key role in driving profitability and operational excellence in the store.
Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager:

Drive sales and exceed monthly turnover targets.

Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.

Minimize stock loss and control store expenses.

Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve high performance.

Implement visual merchandising standards and promotions effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Maintain brand standards and deliver a strong customer experience.

Oversee store opening and closing procedures.

Support succession planning and employee development within the team.

Uphold Tekkie Town’s culture and values at all times.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a store or retail management role.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Fluent in English and one additional official South African language.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and sales skills.

Analytical mindset with excellent planning and organizational skills.

High energy, performance-driven, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Own transport and a valid driver’s license are advantageous.
