Store Supervisor – Mr Price Vacancies

Mr Price is looking for a Store Supervisor to support store management in daily operations, ensuring sales targets, customer service standards, and overall store objectives are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience Management:

• Drive sales by implementing customer experience strategies to meet service standards and achieve targets.
• Ensure customer service excellence, including meeting new account and membership goals.
• Maintain floor housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.

Team Management:

• Assist in leading the team to achieve store KPIs and align with company values.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and skills.

Stock Management:

• Ensure accurate receiving and unpacking of stock to maintain proper merchandising and sales floor replenishment.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent losses and maintain availability.
• Oversee stockroom maintenance to meet housekeeping standards.

Risk Management:

• Assist with compliance checks, including store audits, admin reviews, visual audits, and health & safety standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
• Knowledge of sales and service management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of retail trade, brand management, customer service, and product knowledge.
