Store Supervisor Miladys Canal Walk – Mr Price Vacancies

Mr Price is looking for a Store Supervisor to support the daily operations at Miladys Canal Walk, ensuring store targets, customer service standards, and overall objectives are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience Management

• Drive sales by implementing customer experience initiatives, including markdowns, repricing, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained and sales targets, including new account/membership goals, are achieved.

Team Management

• Assist in leading the store team to achieve KPIs and operational goals aligned with company values.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to enhance team skills, including product knowledge.

Stock Management

• Ensure stock is received, unpacked, and merchandised accurately to replenish the sales floor.
• Monitor and manage stock levels through stock counts, loss prevention strategies, and action plans.
• Maintain the stockroom to meet housekeeping and organizational standards.

Risk Management

• Conduct compliance checks, including admin and store audits, POS reports, health and safety standards, and security measures.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure overall compliance.

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• 1-2 years of retail experience (supervisory experience advantageous)
• Knowledge of sales and service management
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of retail trade, brand management, customer service, and product knowledge
