What You’ll Learn:

Requirements:
- South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Minimum Grade 12 (with communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2)
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other studies
- Committed to completing the 12-month programme
- Willing to attend classroom sessions and in-store training
- Must have passed a pre-assessment (where applicable)
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Team player with collaboration skills
- Basic numeracy and literacy
- Passion for retail and fashion
Earn a monthly stipend of R3,000.
