National Sales Executive

Herotel Business is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Executive to lead a team of Key Account Managers, drive sales performance, and achieve revenue growth through strategic business development. You will collaborate with channel partners, support the team in complex deals, and ensure sales targets are met. This role is vital in developing and executing sales strategies to enhance market presence and customer relationships.

Key Performance Areas:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on channel expansion opportunities while establishing key partnerships.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.

Channel Business Development

  • Drive channel sales growth by cultivating strong partner relationships.
  • Evaluate and onboard strategic channel partners.
  • Ensure smooth partner integration through Contract negotiation and process alignment.
  • Work with internal teams to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies for channel success.

Sales Team Management & Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Key Account Managers to exceed individual and team targets.
  • Provide expert guidance in complex sales negotiations and high-value deals.
  • Track sales performance and implement corrective measures to ensure goal achievement.
  • Develop and execute sales training programs to enhance team skills.

Customer & Deal Support

  • Structure and facilitate high-value, complex deals.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to tailor solutions for key clients.
  • Represent Herotel in high-level negotiations and client engagements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain sales reports and performance dashboards.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Leverage data insights to refine sales tactics and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in channel or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development, strategic planning, and account management expertise.
  • Experience in telecommunications, IT, or technology is preferred.
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations and high-value deals.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Sales/leadership certifications are advantageous.
