Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager I to join our Private Banking team. This role focuses on building, managing, and retaining a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering exceptional, personalised financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through tailored financial advice, proactive engagement, and superior service.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, design customised banking strategies, and ensure strict compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyse competitor activity, and generate performance reports to support strategic decisions and business growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • FAIS-aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).

Essential Experience:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring, managing, and retaining high-net-worth clients through bespoke financial solutions and relationship-building.
  • Strong financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and debt restructuring expertise, with a commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, and procedures to drive informed decision-making and business growth.
