Job Description
Join our Private Banking team as a Relationship Manager I, where you will play a pivotal role in growing, managing, and retaining a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. By delivering exceptional, personalised financial solutions, you will ensure long-term client satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by offering tailored financial solutions, proactive engagement, and superior service.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, design customised banking strategies, and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitive dynamics, and generate performance insights to support strategic decisions and business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • FAIS-aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).

Essential Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial analysis within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring, managing, and retaining high-net-worth clients through bespoke financial planning and relationship-building strategies.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills, including debt restructuring and regulatory compliance.
  • Deep understanding of banking products, processes, and decision-making frameworks, with a focus on driving growth and client empowerment.
