Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager I to join our Private Banking team. This role focuses on growing, managing, and retaining a high-net-worth client portfolio by delivering exceptional financial solutions and personalised service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through tailored financial advice, proactive engagement, and top-tier service.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses, create customised banking strategies, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
  • Monitor industry trends, assess competitor activity, and generate performance reports to guide strategic decisions and business growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • FAIS-accredited Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).

Essential Experience:

  • 5-7 years in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial expertise within financial services.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and retaining high-net-worth clients through bespoke financial solutions and relationship-building.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, credit application experience, debt restructuring expertise, and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, processes, and procedures, with the ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
