Job Description

Relationship Manager I, Private Bank

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Private Banking team. In this role, you will grow, manage, and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering exceptional value through personalised financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients through tailored financial solutions and proactive engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses and create customised banking strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Monitor industry trends, assess market competition, and generate performance reports to drive informed decision-making and business growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • FAIS-aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).

Essential Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, service, relationship management, and credit applications within financial services.
  • Proven track record in acquiring, managing, and retaining high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with experience in credit applications, debt restructuring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products, processes, and procedures.
